Vibratory Feeders can be used for dosing, batching, mixing and a variety of other applications. The JVI electromechanical feeder and electromagnetic feeder are both ideal as a discharge feeder, or for conveying dry bulk material in the processing stage. Materials such as powder, plastic pellet, dry chemicals, glass cullet, coal, metals, ore, minerals, aluminum, mining and aggregates, grains, seeds, pharmaceutical products, dry detergents, ceramic, textiles, rubber, fibers, feed, wood chips, salt, sugar and much more can be conveyed by JVI vibratory feeders. Any processing plant where dry bulk material is handled would benefit by learning more about JVI vibratory feeders. JVI makes equipment especially for use in applications in the following industries: Steel, Glass, Foundry, Concrete, Chemical, Recycling, Pharmaceutical, Medicines, Bakery, Railroad Unloading, Plastics, Mining Power, Food Processing, and moreNatural Frequency Conveyors
An innovative option available for hopper or bin discharge is the integrated chutework package feeder. This feeder includes the chutework to fit your hopper outlet and a unique support system in one piece of compact equipment, all built to fit your application.
Typical Bin Discharge Arrangement:
The feeder inlet simply bolts to the hopper outlet flange. Typical cumbersome cable supports are eliminated while engineering and installation costs are reduced. The support system is built into the framework of the feeder and provides safe and stable operation. The JVI bin discharge feeder eliminates the maintenance issues inherent with belt feeders and natural frequency vibratory feeders.
JVI Tube feeders are ideal for gentle handling of friable or dusty materials. They are available with electromechanical or electromagnetic drives and wear liners for longer life. Electromechanical tube feeders are by far more popular and effective in most applications. These long Conveyor type Feeders are available with most of the same options that JVI pan feeders offer and are available in lengths up to 25 feet. They are inherently dust tight and suitable for wash down.
