Since 1985, Elcan Industries has worked with customers to find and implement advanced screening solutions. Prior to 1997, the primary technology utilized to improve screening performance over traditional vibratory screening machines was Minox Tumbler Screeners. The gentle 3 dimensional motion settings and unique anti-blinding devices. Through superior customer service as well as very profitable returns on our improved screening performance, we developed a brand recognition as Minox/Elcan.

In 1997, Elcan started working with Kroosh Technologies developing a different type of screening machine. The Kroosh adapters provide high amplitude/high energy to the un-tensioned screen surface. The Kroosh machines can be used in wet or dry separations and are available in round or rectangular configurations.

By 2001, the Toll Processing services offered by Elcan has continued to grow in size. Customer demands for developing new products, outsource low volume products, improve experience/techniques, or hassle free outsourcing of difficult to screen materials initiated 2005 expansions and the current expansion that doubles our processing space. We work with all different size quantities and separation requirements.

Elcan Industries has served many different markets and continues to excel as the experts in screening technology. We succeed where other traditional screeners fail or have difficulty processing.

The value of our separation performance offers customers easy cost justification. Run a test and see how well we perform on your material.

Minox vibrating control screener The new Minox vibrating control screener MTS-V2 in 450/800/1200/1500 mm diameter

The MTS-V2 series was primarily developed and built for the control and safety screening of powders and suspensions.

The central feed is connected to the fine grain outlet, enabling very high throughput performance. The two laterally mounted vibration motors are inclined towards one another and generate a special motion, which is nearly vertical in the centre and sinks to a flatter motion towards the edge, which transports the coarse grains to the exterior. The output and inclination of the motors can be set according to the product. Due to their low construction height the screeners can easily be integrated into existing factory spaces. The motors are lubricated for life and are maintenance-free. The screen element swings freely and is connected to a support frame by steel springs. This frame can in turn be fitted to a base stand.

You can choose between the following screen cleaning systems:

Bouncing ball or ultrasound cleaning

This series is also equipped with double clamp screen frames.
